Two high-school friends
Sebastian Mandal started coding at nine and grew up around the construction company his family runs. Eivind Wassend led a pre-construction team at nineteen and became Sector Alarm's top-ranked salesperson. They met in high school and started building together.
Tendermore
Workshops with construction companies led us to tendering. We built Tendermore to find, understand, and respond to tenders, then grew it to $400,000 in annual recurring revenue.
Customers pulled us upstream
Before a proposal, teams had to understand drawings, models, spreadsheets, price books, and internal files. They turned the same project context into quantities, estimates, schedules, execution plans, and documents. We rebuilt the product around that work and renamed it Stratson.
Stratson
One of our design partners had 1,000 hours of pre-construction work on a project. Stratson removed 300 hours. In a separate test, Stratson produced a complete duplex estimate workbook in fifteen minutes. This blog will document what we build next.
